Reasons why I never Miss Eating a Kiwi Fruit

Kiwi is not just a delicious and refreshing fruit, but it also has several skin care and beauty benefiting elements. And that is a big reason I never miss a Kiwi fruit on my plate. Dear Friends, I always loved eating Kiwi fruit. I want to tell you guys how beneficial it can be for your health as well as skin.

Mostly we are attracted to kiwi because of its brilliant green color and exotic taste. But friends! the real uniqueness of kiwi comes from its health benefits.  Kiwi’s low glycemic index and high fiber content means it will not create a strong insulin rush like other fruit with high sugar contents—so the body will not respond by storing fat. And you don't have to worry about any body fat!

Most of us find it to be more of a “high maintenance” fruit. As it requires peeling and mess but it’s time to finally appreciate the kiwi for what it is—an edible skincare must! Yes! people Kiwi is the leading source of vitamin C in the fruit world and it is vitamin C that we know has huge benefits in keeping skin young and vibrant.

Kiwis are a good source of vitamin E, an antioxidant known to protect skin from degeneration. They are a good option for people struggling with uneven skin tone and open pores. You can use it as a toner as well as in combination with face packs. It cleans and repairs the skin at a fast rate, and can also be used as a scrub.

Everybody knows the advantages of eating well and getting all the necessary vitamins, preferably from natural products and not as supplements. Luckily, we can get almost everything through the food we eat.
Talking a little more of the benefits of kiwi fruit for skin and body. This delicious fruit is loaded with fibre, making it an effective laxative. We all know the pros of cleansing the body of toxins and wastes – a healthy and glowing complexion. It helps tackle sun damage, keeps skin firm and contains anti-ageing properties. Besides this, eating a kiwi also rejuvenates and boosts your skin’s overall health.

Kiwi fruit is so good in many ways! Tasty and tender, slightly tangy but sweet now I hope you will also not miss eating this fruit like me!
